[vdr] Transfer mode with one card.

Hallo,

with this message i want only to remember that uncommenting the lines
after

in trasfer.c solves some dropouts when vdr goes in Transfer mode with
only ONE card (DVB-S 1.3 here)

Maybe in future releases a check for _more_than_one_ card can be
made dynamically.
