[vdr] [PATCH] EPG language selection for VDR 1.2.0

Here is the EPG preferred language diff for VDR 1.2.0.

It's basically only a clean diff against 1.2.0 for the same code that works
with 1.1.33. I think there's quite small change of it being broken, but let
me know if that's the case. I haven't yet upgraded to 1.2.0.
