The "Priority-thing" has changed - on my system also the 1. card was used.
Under Menu/Options/Recording there is a setting "Primary limit" try
adjsuting it to 1 (as Klaus suggested on Saturday in this Thread "VDR always
recording on primary device ?" ).

I have not tried 1.2.0 yet, but have been using 1.2.0pre1 since Friday. I
have not tried the "latest" DVB Driver 24.05 yet too - still at 27.04. I
don't have any artefacts but once I had a black picture and no sound after
replaying a recording (this was while testing the "Pause" feature on vanilla
VDR.) Switching up and down fixed it.
I am not perfectly sure but I think I have heard very small distorsions of
the Sound lately. No errors in syslog or elsewhere while this happens - I
will have to "watch" it further.

I also saw a couple of messages but have a lot of patches installed on those
Versions where I saw that, so that I am not sure where it comes from. I will
have to test 1.2.0 vanilla a couple of day to see if it happens again.

See above.
