not without soldering .. there are no connectors
for rgb/scart or whatever on the board, but the
chip is capable of direct mpeg2 decoding and
pal/rgb out .. we only need to get the hardware
specs, an good driver .. and three wires solderd
to the right pins and RGB will be ALIVE :-)

if it can directly decode mpeg4 in realtime, we
need no more re-encoding ..
