Don't forget that many of the higher quality analogue 'WinTV' cards don't have 
an analogue output, but instead transfer the audio data directly across the 
PCI bus - that's what the 'btaudio' 
(or is it called 'tvaudio' - I can't remember) module is for - the sound data 
just appears at /dev/dsp :)
