Sometimes ago, a similar "issue" was posted on the DVB-mailing list for a DVB-T 
provider:

Can it be that this cable provider sets also the "other_frequency_flag" in the 
NIT in the same way? And, quoting "Immo Benjes":

Andreas, how can we find this out?
