[vdr] New firmware fixes memory sharing with OSD

There have been several reports that the firmware version 2615, which
introduced SDRAM sharing between OSD and TT re-insertion (to make more
SDRAM available to the video buffer) broke some plugins that use rather
large OSD areas, and even VDR's own menus didn't work with 'width'
and/or 'height' larger than the default.

There is now a new firmware version 2616 in the driver CVS which
should fix this. Those who had problems should please try this one
and report whether it works.
