[vdr] ANNOUNCE: Client/Server Streaming 0.1.0beta3 (vdr-streamdev)

Hi list,

a new version of this plugin is available on my website 
http://www.magoa.net/linux/index.php?view=streamdev

Mainly it's now possible to stream PS with HTTP (which most players should 
recognize) - here all channels begin streaming immediately with PS, while 
most don't with PES.

CHANGES since 0.1.0beta2:
- Fixed setup menu - now the cursor starts at the first visible entry
- Added PS streaming for HTTP (should work with most players now)
- Debugging symbols are only compiled with DEBUG=1 set

I guess everything that worked in 0.0.2 works with 0.1.0-beta too now, plus 
some things that didn't. So if you are still using 0.0.2, you might want to 
upgrade now (maybe keeping a backup of 0.0.2 if something serious happens) 
and give 0.1.0beta3 a try :).
