[vdr] Version 1.21

Hello

Yesterday night I recorded some videos. I'm using
latest CVS-DVB-driver and vdr 1.21.
My findings: since 1.2.x it is next to impossible to
do more than one recording at the same time.
In the previous version recording from several cards
gave TS continuity errors in the range of tens - never
more than hundred. Now this errors are by far too much.
When viewing the move I get lots of distortion.
I will switch back to an "unstable" 1.1x release.
