[vdr] ANNOUNCE: joystick plugin 0.0.1

Hi,

I wrote a plugin that allows using a joystick as a remote control for
VDR. I recommend a joystick with a minimum of 2 axes and 4 buttons. At
the moment only joysticks connected to the first game port /dev/js0 are 
supported.
