[vdr] Completed timers don't get removed

Hi,

This is a little thing I've noticed this last half year when I've been
using VDR. Sometimes a timer in the timer list does not get removed once
the recording has been made successfully and the timer thus is completed.
The timers must be manually removed from the timer list. Last time it
happened the other day when two shows were being recorded at the exact
same time. Both were recorded successfully without any problems, but the
timer for one of the shows was not removed while the other was. No special
options on neither, both were just shows picked from the normal "Programs"
list and scheduled for recording without anything altered in the "Setup
recording" page.

Manually deleting them is no problem, and it happens maybe once per ten
recordings or even more rarely, it's just something that I've noticed.
Once VDR works as well as it does right now, one tends to notice the
smaller cosmetic things. :)

This has been present as long as I've used timers, so since 1.1.2x
something, and last happened on the 1.2.0 I now use.
