no. the script just looks for this file.
  - If it isn't there -> shutdown
  - If it is there -> don't shutdown
In both cases the script just returns after starting (or not starting) the
actual shutdown procedure.

After another MinUserInactivity minutes VDR will call your script again.
This time the file probably disappeared.
