No,  it isn't. The decoded video data has to be send via PCI bus to the CPU 
which is done via Busmaster-DMA (AFAIK) for dvb-cards.
The dxr3 doesn't have such a hardware capability It could only overlay the 
decoded analog video signal on the vga monitor signal (loop-thru).
