you mean: Does ayone has a clue what this means?
(its all englich here because of a lot international list members)

if you simply put "HiRes.so" into google you will find something like
"RPM resource HiRes.so. Provided by. perl-5.8.0-55.1."
same goes for "DynaLoader.pm", google is your friend
-> so there is something wrong with your perl?, maybe install of a
recent version
(witch linux ditribution you´re using)

btw if you stick to german then you can use www.vdrportal.de
