yes thats correct for me, as expected, i have an HY57V161610D too

and another chip (looks also like an RAM chip) with 
SIEMENS  HYB3118165BST-60 (and i bet that "60" means 60 ns ;-)

do you have doku about the HY57V161610D?

it is a D-ram-chip , so we have the funny ROW and COLLUM things
i like so much ;-)
i think we should look for the chip select pin on the DRAM and
search the related pin on the av7110 and after that search where
the ancient pins on the av7110 are routed to ....
