[vdr] VDR Admin modifies timers?

Hi,

After some fiddling with VDR Admin 0.90 and the auto timers I think I
have it working nicely. Before I thought that auto timers didn't really
work due to an unfortunate mistake where my wife had manually added a lot
of timers for the same programs that I tried to auto time.

However, why does VDR Admin modify some timers pretty regularly? I have a
timer 6 that is updated roughly every 10 minutes. Does this mean that the
EPG data has somehow changed and the timer data needs to be updated or is
there some other reason for it? Lines like this are logged by VDR:

10:21:17 vdr[16787]: connect from 192.168.1.2, port 52088 - accepted
10:21:18 vdr[16787]: timer 6 modified (active)
10:21:18 vdr[16787]: closing SVDRP connection

Apart from this I already love the auto timers! Just the thing to impress
on the guys at work.

I also have a small feature request that I know is probably too much work.
Anyway, we use an Ericsson P800 with the Opera browser quite a lot, but
the frame based templates that VDR Admin uses cause problems for it, and
probably for most other handhelds too. Would it be possible to have a
"light weight" version for mobile devices that has a minimum of fancy
graphics and frames, just the raw content?

There were no public health laws in Ankh-Morpork. It would be like
                installing smoke detectors in Hell.
