[vdr] SPDIF with rev 1.3 better than 2.1, or?

Hello,

I have two rev 1.3 card, and I have made an SPDIF for them, but my
receiver don't work with it.
I have a soundcard also with SPDIF, but the ALSA driver don't work with
my receiver also (it works under windows, but...).

Is the rev 2.1 cards better in respect with SPDIF?
