[vdr] channels.conf for satellite 'Astra 28.2E', anyone?

Hi all,

I've got a DVB-T and DVB-S card in my VDR box, but so far, I've only 
set up one DVB-S channel in my channels.conf.  Before I vanish under a 
pile of frequency and id numbers, would anyone else mind emailing me 
their channels.conf?

I'm interested in all the FTA TV channels on Astra 28.2E (where all of 
the 'Sky digital' channels can be found).
