Here's what I have:

Rev 1.3  CiMAX 1.0  147-0006-02     TSSCAPMCI-CB  9904 *30592B
Rev 1.4  CiMAX 1.0  147-0006-02     TSSCAPMCI-CB  0001  32156B
Rev 1.4  CiMAX 2.0  SCM P/N 103563                0022  00012

From what I can see so far the problem is with CiMAX 2.0 chips
when their status (i.e. whether a CAM is inserted or not) is checked
too often. Apparently the 2.0 version of that chip can't handle
such frequent status checks and at some point just performs a
reset. If the status is only checked until a CAM is found, it
appears to work a lot more stable.
