Watching Nelonen right now without such problems. The one difference it
has to other DVB-T channels in Finland is that unless there's programming
on Nelonen+ (which there rarely is), it is the only channel that has
almost the whole bundle of bandwidth available. I believe that's why it
also has the best picture. Other bundles have much more active channels.

In other words, one explanation for your problems could be that your setup
cannot handle a channel that so much bandwidth compared to others. My
setup is almost identical to yours, except no EPG preferred language patch
yet or VDRAdmin. The kernel version is basically the same, but its ac2 and
few more patches such as lm_sensors stuff and pre-empt patches. I also run
VDR at a negative nice value.

I might have to install EPG preferred language patch at some point though,
lately VDR has started using mainly the Swedish EPG which has some fun
value, but not much practical. ;)
