[vdr] Re: segmentation fault immediately after start of vdr

The difference between the two described similar problems and my problem is:

I have never (!!!) got vdr running. It always (!) terminates 
immediately. So I think this problem has a cause that can't be the same 
as for the similar problems.

I have tested so much, and in most cases no additional progs accessing 
dvb/video-devices were running nor have been running since the start of 
the pc.

Please, check my original mail to see what I might have made wrong in 
installing vdr. Maybe something that I've omitted that is totally 
selfunderstood for you (but not for me as a beginner). I can't believe 
that it's a fault in the code and I'm the only one who expieriences it.
