[vdr] NTSC output...

For the life of me I can't figure out how to set the output to NTSC. Trying to do it in xawtv, I can't select ntsc or pal. I 
know the card is working and the modules are loaded. The output on the screen is just scrolling like it is in pal mode. I can't 
find anywhere in the mailling lists or in the docs how to change it.
