I used kwintv to scan the frequencies - in its channel-file
the frequency given is exactly 1/62.5 the one you need in your channels.conf.

BTW, me seems that you forget the "0" sometimes, IMHO all correct
frequencies end with "250"...

PS: occasionally the tuner seem not to lock in despite the frequency is correct,
trying it again and again often helps to lock it in.

I think that might be related to using v4l1 instead of v4l2 - can someone confirm
or prove that wrong?
