[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] dsmcc-0.3.0 release

Hello,

       Version 0.3 of the dsmcc plugin, which parses the
       object carousel carrying MHEG/MHP files, is now
       available at http://www.magicality.org/code/dsmcc

       Their are various improvements in carousels support,
       some memory fixes, better data buffering, the start
       of ASN1 decoding and other things I forget.

       Planned for the next version is to split the dsmcc
       and vdr parts out so that a standalone version is
       possible.
