This URL is correct (except for the missing slash before vdradmin.pl,  
do you use cut and paste?). I don't know why VDR Admin thinks this  
request is invalid. If i point my browser to:

http://localhost:8001/ 
vdradmin.pl?vdr_id=2&submit=Go%21&aktion=prog_list#18628

everything works as expected.

I also tested a fresh 0.91 installation with this. Are you sure that  
you are using version 0.91? I remember there was a bug in this section  
before...
