Some remarks regarding the modline i placed here.

It was just an example and might not work for anybody, especially on 
TFT-Monitors it might not work.

You can generate your own modeline using something like the tool
"videogen" or any of the numerous tools available.
To fine-tune it use the monitor controls and/or xfine - depending on the 
graphics card both might be required but it is possible. (For testing reasons 
i even managed to create a 1360x768 modline and display it just fine).
