[vdr] NTSC one more time...

I have done just about everything to try and get VDR to pull up in NTSC mode. I am using an NTSC tv so I need to be 
able to navigate the menus in NTSC mode. I have tried making changes to the source of the dvb driver to default to 
NTSC instead of PAL. Still no luck. I have tried asking around and the best I can get is that it will switch when 
given a NTSC source or to use em8300setup. My WinDVB 1.6 card doesn't seem to be supported by the em8300setup 
utility. As for it switching to NTSC when provided an NTSC source, that isn't a real solution for me. I have 
been working on this for a couple weeks now with now solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
