Yes, Pekka took my patch and made it work for more than one
plugin at a time so that "ttxtsubs" and "subtitles" should
be able to coexist side by side with one single VDR patch for
both plugins. He also modified it a little to better suit
"subtitles" and a few things that "ttxtsubs" needs then
went away, so the patch has to be changed a little and that
hasn't been done yet.

So: The intention is to just have one patch for both plugins,
we just haven't gotten there yet.
