This is just the normal "idle" communication between VDR and the CAM.
There should be other lines with more bytes going back and forth, especially
when you switch to an encrypted channel.

What I would need to see is whether VDR sends these descriptors to the CAM when
you switch to an encrypted channel (see above).

BTW: when sending log file excerpts, please don't wrap them (I had to edit your
lines to make them easily readable).
