[vdr] Linux DVB drivers 1.0.0 and 'unkown picture type'

Hi,

yesterday, the 1.0.0 DVB drivers have been released. Does anybody know
if the 'unknown picture type' issue has be discussed in the DVB mailing
list and solved in this driver version?
In the changelog I can see e.g. 'SW section filter fix (stale data)' and
in the ML a thread called 'Transponder switching taking considerably
longer' which seems also be about glitches on channel switching.
