[vdr] feature request: scroll bar for long lists

Norbert's feature request 'scrolling through long lists' brought
up to my mind another thing that I've missed when browsing through
long lists of recordings and especially EPG data.

It would be nice to have a narrow scroll bar on the right side of
the screen to show where you are in the long list. The scroll bar
would be just for informational purposes, you'd have no way to
to scroll using it.
