[vdr] remote controle hangup

Hi
Im having problems with my remote controle in vdr, sometimes all buttons
stops working for a while in vdr...
no matter what button i press nothing happens, this could last for some time
and suddenly the remote works again.
I dont wanna speculate on what the problem is, but it got to be something
with vdr, because irexec is responding just fine during this time.
(i have some buttons on the same remote that is binded to lircrc not vdr)
