[vdr] problems witch all-in-one-patch

hello vdr-people,

i want to install vdr with the all-in-one patch.
and i have a problem to patch the source.
this is probably a non-vdr problem, sorry for that.

can't find file to patch at input line 4
Perhaps you should have used the -p or --strip option?

linuxtv-dvb-1.0.0
vdr-1.2.2
(it works fine without the patch)
