I don't think this is a bug since it has been that way ever since (and that 
was noticed more than once), and the only reason the VCD and DVD (and some 
other playback-plugins) PlugIn have this option is because the Media Detect 
PlugIn does _not_ need mainmenu entries to launch a plugin. So you only 
need "Play Disc" instead of DVD, VCD, PhotoCD, ......

Anyway, a change in behaviour in that case would be good (call plugin by 
name, not by mainmenu-entry for keymacros)!
