Hello,

I would like to post a patch which made my SkyCrypt-CAM working (decrypting) with the ll-version of the firmware. So it would be fine if CAM-owners (not only SkyCrypt) could test this patch and report their results to the list. Menue issues and communication problems of the CAM are not cured.

This patch is against plain vdr-1.2.2. The linuxdvb version is 1.0.0.

Hi Hans-Peter,

my Icecrypt Module works after applying your patch.
But now there is a problem with my Alphacrypt Module (FW 2.01).
After starting VDR and switching to Premiere 1 or Premiere 2 there is no picture.
After switching to another Premiere channel and switching back to Premiere 1 or Premiere 2 it works.

My observations:
First:
1. Starting VDR
2. Switching to Premiere 1 - No picture
3. Switching to Premiere 2 - OK
4. Switching to Premiere 1 - OK
5. Stopping VDR

Second:
1. Starting VDR
2. Switching to Premiere 2 - No picture
3. Switching to Premiere 1 - OK
4. Switching to Premiere 2 - OK
5. Stopping VDR

Third:
1. Starting VDR
2. Switching to Premiere Nostalgie - OK
3. Switching to Premiere 1 - OK
4. Stopping VDR

This is a really bad behavior, because recording on Premiere 1 or 2 is not possible.
But why does it only happen on Premiere 1 and Premiere 2?
thank you for your observations. I'll try that at home if my CAM Irdeto 4.7 shows the same behavior.

The difference between Premiere 1/2 and other Premiere channels is the presence auf AC3. Are the AC3-PIDs set in your channels.conf?

Best regards
Liam
Hans-Peter
