The good news: it works meanwhile. Maybe the problem was a incorrectly setup 
modules.conf or there was anything fixed in DVB for version 1.0.0. I was able 
to watch the channels with xine's dvb input plugin.

But I still have a problem with VDR's device API (see next mail).
