[vdr] Idea to prevent VDR-crashes in case of bad reception (e.g. badweather)

Hi,

while taking a shower ten minutes ago I've had an idea.

VDR doesn't matter if the reception is bad - it just writes to disk even
if there is no data received.

What really crashes is the MPEG-decoder (ARM, EM8300, ...).

So a simple MPEG-validation checker in cPlayer which stops playback and
displays an error-message in case the error-rate reaches a defined value
would prevent VDR from crashing.
