[vdr] BUG: starting timer: DD-Sound switched channel, picture remained on old channel

hi @all,

i had a strange experience at the moment:

i watched the channel Kabel1 and had the sound muted because i didn't
really watch tv, it was just running in the background.

i had a timer programmed to record sat1 which is on the same
transponder. so a begining timer shouldn't change the tv programm on
my 1-card-system. kabel 1 has no DD audio, sat 1 has.

suddenly i heard a "click" at my receiver and wondered why the DD led
was on, still watching kabel 1. unmuting the sound i heard the
DD-sound from sat1 but still saw the kabel1 picture.
switching directly from kabel1 to kabel1 restored the kabel1-sound.

i use the 1.2.5 vdr with elchi3b patch. all sound is routed via
bitstreamout-0.46g and soundblaster live to the receiver.

can't do a test with plain-vanilla-vdr because there is a recording
running at the moment (with correct sound;-). i will provide a
plain-vanilla-vdr + bitstreamout bug-report tomorrow.
