The patch is purely experimental. Everyone who likes to try it, is wellcome to 
do so, but i do not intent to force this beast upon anyone. rt-scheduling is 
not even activated by default, vdr needs to be started with '-R' to activate 
it.
The benefits are not completly clear yet and problems certainly exists.
However, i do believe that i can implement a safeguard that will prevent 
deadlocks under rt-scheduling.
