Yes.
I am not absolutly sure that the breaks in receiving are due to the 
patch, but at least for the system-freeze I can not think of another 
reason.

I am interested in a realtime-scheduling save VDR. I stopped the active 
developement of a vdr-schedule kernel patch after I upgraded to a faster 
computer one year ago, but when the system reaches its limits it would 
still be nice to have a vdr scheduled with higher priority.
