[vdr] DVB subtitles 0.1.0alpha

There's a DVB subtitles plugin alpha release available. This is not an 
official release and I won't put it on the web-page.

New features:
*Synchronization using GetSTC
*No restrictions on positions of the subtitles

Requirements
*vdr-1.2.6pre6 or newer
*full-featured DVB card.

When GetSTC is implemented in the DXR/ xine -plugins they should work too.
