[vdr] FR vdr-1.3: get next action time

Hello,
I would like to request a new feature for vdr 1.3.

It would be great, if vdr would ask the installed plugins about the next
action time before shutting down.
So it would be possible for a plugin to controll the next startup time and
to make some time dependend work. e.g. download epg from internet.
