[vdr] vdradmin timer out by one hour

Hello.

Kernel - 2.4.22
Vdr 1-2.6
Vdradmin 0.94

When displaying the Timers within the vdradmin WWW interface they appear
to be one hour out.

It appears from the vdradmind.log that the problem may be from here.
