I see the outcommand errors too
driver: CVS dvb-kernel from 12.12.2003 on kernel 2.4.22
vdr : vdr-1.2.6pre6

One Siemens Rev 1.3 fullfeatured dvb-s and one skystar 2 rev 2.6b

For me the outcommand errors kick in several times a day. I use the
Siemens currently only as tv-out, having vdr restricted to use allways
transfer mode so it seems a very similar situation. I can't use another
driver because of the skystar 2
