[vdr] ANNOUNCE: bitstreamout 0.49 (Audio loop through S/P-DIF of soundcard)

Hi,

Just uploaded the bitstreamout plugin 0.49 for VDR 1.2.6 at
http://bitstreamout.sourceforge.net/ ... from the ChangeLog:

  - Change cHandle macros to avoid confict with autopid includes
  - Make setup bits available to spdif class
  - Enhance synchronization
    * Handle Mute and Pause different
    * Set delay to zero
    * After sleeping on input check if spdif should be closed
    * Workaround for 33bit bug of av711x DVB card for STC values
    * Avoid deadlock due buffer overrun
  - Fix audio pid change
    * Use mutex for better protection
    * Do not switch back if an other audio type is choosen
    * Make language change possible in bitstreamout menu
  - Fix SHM usage: initialize it only once, free up on exit
