You have to add the DD-Pid (I think its 1795) for sat.1.
Use the vdr channels setup to change it or do the following:
When your vdr is switched to sat.1, you can scan the channels like this:
<DVB-driver-sources>/apps/scan/scan -c -v -o vdr > /tmp/sat1channels.conf
Take the sat.1-line from /tmp/sat1channels.conf use it as replacement
for your old one in your channels.conf
