So you can connect i.e. an cheap PSOne Display (49EUR) to the tv-out of an
grafik- or dvb-card to show similar informations like the graphlcd plugin
do.

Where can we get the Display for 49 EUR?
There where lots of (german) shops mentioned in http://www.vdr-portal.de/board/thread.php?threadid=13847 where you can get this Display, for example this one:
http://www.game-and-fun.de/index.php4?seite=http://www.game-and-fun.de/ shop/details.php4?id=10020027003

Normally it was sold together with a PlaystationOne for 99 EUROs, but some shops offer just the Display for 49 EURO.

Does it need some circuit on the VGA-out or just a custom cable?
AFAIR there is no easy way to connect the Display with the VGA-out. There are a few german guy trying to find the right connection, but they haven't succeded yet.
http://www.vdr-portal.de/board/thread.php? threadid=16037&sid=&hilight=PSOne+VGA

So you need to use the TV-Out of your Graphic-Card. Unfortunatly I got a VGA without TVout onboard - so the only way would be to connect on the TVout of my DVB instead of my TV... (which makes no sense for this plugin...)
