[vdr] Watching encrypted channels
Hi,
I'm currently running vdr 1.2.6 on a Fedora Core 2.
I have an Hauppauge Nexus-s with a common interface and cam Aston Crypt
and a subscription to CanalSatellite (France).
This is running fine for free on air channels.
But when I want to watch encrypted channels, I have the following:
If I don't change the Conditionnal Access field (8th field) and keep
the value 0 in channels.conf, I have a black screen
If I change the Conditionnal Access to value specified in the
ca.conf, in this case 14001 in channels.conf, then restart vdr (my smart
card is in the cam) and switch to an encrypted channel, then I get in
/var/log/messages the following message: ERROR: Channel not available!
Has anyone already experienced this ?
This is the trace that I have in /var/log/messages when vdr starts up:
vdr[28496]: VDR version 1.2.6 (ElchiAIO4d) started
