AFAIK, for noad there is already a queuing system. But for normal manual
cutting it would be very convenient for me. Normally I set the cutting
marks for a bunch of recordings and it would be much easier to queue all
this recordings for cutting instead of having to wait 10-15 min until
the cutting fo one recording is finished. 

BTW, there should also be a limit of used disk bandwidth for cutting. I
currently limit the rate to about 2-3 MB/s to avoid long response times.
