[vdr] Converting to Mpeg or DVD -- Having problems/ vdrsync/transcode

Hi all,

I ran into this problem when I first installed dvd-burn and found the problem 
to be more deep rooted in my vdrsync.pl and transcode installation.  

I cannot seem to get a vdr recording to sync the video and audio properly.  
I've installed transcode 0.6.12 and the latest version of vdrsync.pl to no 
avail.  I've tried different recordings just to eliminate a corrupted 
recording to no avail.

The audio is off right from the beginning of the recording.  I can't tell if 
it gets worse as the recording continues.  

Any suggestions on how to tweak this?  Can I post any other details that might 
help?  I've simply used the command line vdrsync.pl -mpeg2 ....
